WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE?
Rental of the house and its facilities, bed linen and towels, cleaning during your stay (for stays of 7 days or more)
HOW AND WHEN IS PAYMENT MADE?
Payment is made in two instalments: 25% deposit on booking and the balance 30 days before arrival.
HOW TO BOOK?
You can book your stay online. If you would like some advice, our team is available by e-mail or telephone.
ONLINE PAYMENT IS NOT WORKING
If online payment does not work, you will receive an e-mail with an alternative payment method. If you do not receive it the same day, please contact the agency.
BEFORE YOUR STAY
WHAT ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE DAYS ARE POSSIBLE?
2 seasons = 2 possibilities :
In high season, some villas are available from Friday to Friday, Saturday to Saturday, or Sunday to Sunday (the day is specified on the villa listing).
There is more flexibility in low season.
WHAT TIME CAN I ARRIVE? WHEN DO I HAVE TO VACATE THE HOUSE?
We look forward to welcoming you from 4pm. The villa must be vacated by 10 a.m. at the latest.
WHERE DO WE PICK-UP THE KEYS?
We will contact you a few days before your arrival to organise handover of the keys.
I NEED A COT OR HIGH CHAIR
These options can be selected directly when you book online. If your booking has already been made and you wish to add these options, contact the agency before your arrival and we will take care of everything.
