Charlotte began her career with the Lucien Barrière Group. A decade working in the prestige sector allowed her to demonstrate her worth in an increasingly demanding environment.
After leaving her post as casino restaurant manager, Charlotte went on a trip to Peru with the idea of opening her own company on her return to France.
Drawing on her previous experience and driven by her passion for contemporary homes with original architecture, she launched her own real estate business and officially opened "Les Maisons de Cha" in February 2013.
The project was a great success, thanks in part to the discipline and organisation she had developed over her 10 years of professional experience with the Lucien Barrière group. Slowly but surely, the company grew and became "Hossegor Villas" in 2017. An atypical estate agency that has gradually carved out a place for itself in the Hossegor, Seignosse and Capbreton area, and stands out for its emphasis on consulting coupled with a high level of service.

Historically specialised in the seasonal rental of upmarket villas on the south coast of the Landes, the company opened a transaction department in 2020 to broaden its offer and create synergies with the upmarket rental business, with the same objective: quality and exacting standards.07 81 27 82 83
